The Series TC cast iron boiler can be used in either hot water or steam systems. The oil, gas or combination gas/oil-fired boiler is available in 15 sizes and is ideal for large commercial applications. The Series TC boiler is designed with forced draft firing to provide the highest possible efficiencies. The boiler’s gross output ratings range from 900 to 4,629 MBH.
Series TC boilers are constructed of rugged, cast-iron, wet-base sections with cast-in heat extraction pins that assure durability and top performance. Hi-temperature, flexible, graphite port connectors, and short, individual draw rods simplify installation. Front and rear flame observation ports aid burner setup.
All Series TC boilers are available with a standard, built-in cast iron flue collector with integral damper and a burner mounting plate with insulation block. Steel angle floor rails and ceramic fiber rope seal between sections are also standard. Series TC boilers feature 80 psi working pressure sections. A 30 psi ASME safety relief valve is standard on water boilers. Steam boilers include a 15 psi ASME side outlet safety valve and steam gauge. All Series TC boilers are equipped with an insulated enameled steel jacket.
Peerless Series TC boilers are available with your choice of Beckett, Carlin, Power Flame or Webster burners.
PureFlow Technology
Series TC hot water, cast iron boilers are now equipped with the new PureFlow technology. The PureFlow system assures a stable return temperature and is the simplest, most effective method to reduce or eliminate stress failures in cast iron boilers. Installation of the PureFlow system is simple and requires no additional controls, pumps or piping. Each PureFlow system is completely self-adjusting and sized for a specific TC boiler model.
